    Digiplex Studio is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, allowing you to enhance your initial design brief at no additional cost through your account area.

    In the event of duplicate charges resulting from processing errors, failure to meet your specific design requirements, or inability to complete your design order following our delivery policy, we will provide a full refund for your design order.

    If you are dissatisfied with any design services provided by Digiplex Studio, you have the option to request a refund within five days of receiving the initial designs. However, if no refund request is received within five days of the delivery of the initial designs, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with them. The same refund policy applies to special/combo packages as to single design packages.

    The refund process follows these guidelines:

    • If you request a refund before the order is delivered, you'll receive a full refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.
    • If you request a refund within 48 hours of the initial design delivery, you'll get a 66% refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.
    • If you request a refund between 48-120 hours after the initial design delivery, you'll be eligible for a 33% refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.
    • No refund requests will be accepted after 120 hours of the initial design delivery. However, we prioritize 100% customer satisfaction, so please contact us immediately to address any concerns.
    • If no action is taken by the customer after the delivery of the initial concept (48 hours) or the revised concept (72 hours), it will be considered 100% satisfaction.

    All refund requests must be directed to our support department. Please note that Digiplex Studio reserves the right to approve or disapprove refund requests on a case-by-case basis, depending on the violation of your user agreement.

    To claim your refund, follow these steps:

    • Contact us through phone, chat, or email, stating your concern and requesting a refund.
    • We will attempt to address your concern via our revision policy. If unsuccessful, our refund department will email you regarding your refund request. Once the refund is processed, Digiplex Studio will obtain the design rights, and you will no longer be authorized to use any version of the design provided by our company.
    • Please be aware that as the design rights are transferred to the company, you will relinquish all rights and ownership over the design and content.
    • Digiplex Studio collaborates with Government Copyright Agencies to share Copyright Acquisition information for refunded designs, preventing their future use as original designs.
